These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SearchDash Chrome extension ("the Extension") and the searchdash.top website ("the Website"). By installing or using SearchDash, you agree to these Terms.
SearchDash Free is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use. SearchDash Pro requires a one-time payment of $4.99 USD. Upon purchase, you receive a license key that grants lifetime access to Pro features on any device signed into the same Google account.
You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or modify the Extension for redistribution. The license key is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
SearchDash Pro is a one-time purchase. Your license key is delivered instantly after payment and binds to your Chrome browser via Google account sync. You may re-activate the same key on new devices as needed.
License verification is performed locally on your device. The Extension communicates with Creem's API solely to validate the license key at activation time. No continuous online check is required after activation.
All sales are final. Because the license key is delivered instantly and can be activated immediately, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter any technical issues with activation, please contact support@searchdash.top and we will resolve them.
You agree not to:
SearchDash redirects your search queries to third-party search engines (Google, Bing, etc.). When you perform a search, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective search engine. SearchDash does not control these third-party services.
Payments are processed by Creem. Your use of Creem's services is governed by Creem's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all future versions of Chrome. Search engine URLs may change; we will update them as we become aware of changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
